Exhibitors in the Innovation Showcase will engage attendees through interactive, tactile displays—showcasing innovations aligned with Inventures’ themes of sustainability, technology, health, and economic growth.

About the Innovation Showcase
This year, we’re focused on engaging, hands-on, paperless exhibits. We encourage exhibitors to use interactive tools, product demonstrations, and digital solutions to foster meaningful connections with attendees—moving beyond traditional brochures, pop-up banners and flyers.

- Dates: Wednesday, May 21 – Friday, May 23, 2025
- Exhibitor Load-in: Tuesday, May 20, 2025
- Exhibitor Load-out: Friday, May 23, 2025

Exhibitor Packages
Compact Showcase (20 sq. ft.)
Designed for startups and SMEs, the Compact Showcase offers a streamlined and accessible entry point into the Innovation Showcase. This ready-to-use package minimizes setup logistics while maximizing attendee engagement.
Cost: $1,750 CAD
Inclusions:
- Space: 50 sq. ft.
- Furniture: Standing-Height Counter and Stool
- Electricity: One standard outlet
- Exhibitor Passes: 1 non-transferable pass (up to 1 additional pass available for $200 CAD)
- Branding: Company logo displayed on the sign above the counter
Expanded Showcase (100 sq. ft.)
Ideal for organizations seeking flexibility, the Expanded Showcase provides a larger footprint and customizable options to suit your brand. Exhibitors can enhance their presence with additional furniture and AV equipment.
Starting at: $3,250 CAD
Inclusions:
- Space: 100 sq. ft.
- Electricity: One standard outlet
- Exhibitor Passes: 2 non-transferable passes included (up to 2 additional available for $200 CAD each)
- Furniture and AV Options: Available at an additional fee (see below)
Customization Options (Extra Fees Apply):
- Furniture Rental: Desks, counters, stools, chairs, or additional display elements
- AV Equipment Rental: Monitors, iPads, speakers, or other AV equipment
- Signage Customization: Event-approved options to enhance your booth branding
- Additional Space: Book an extra 10×10 sq. ft. area for a discounted price
Enhanced Showcase (100 sq. ft.)
Designed for organizations that require a larger and pre-configured space to showcase their innovations, the Enhanced Showcase offers a turnkey solution with essential booth components included. This package provides exhibitors with ample room to engage attendees effectively while ensuring a professional and polished presence.
Cost: $5,000 CAD
Inclusions:
- Space: 100 sq. ft.
- Furniture: Includes a standing-height counter with storage, two stools, and event-approved signage featuring your company logo
- Electricity: One standard outlet
- Exhibitor Passes: 2 non-transferable passes included (up to 2 additional passes available for $200 CAD each)
- Branding: Your company logo prominently displayed on the counter front
- Additional Space: Book an extra 10×10 sq. ft. area for a discounted price
The Details
Exhibitors are encouraged to personalize their experience within the provided space, utilizing Inventures’ approved vendors and exhibiting guidelines to meet quality and safety standards. All space designs must be pre-approved by the Inventures team to fit the event’s standards for quality and safety.
What We’re Looking For & Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on:
- Alignment with Inventures themes and values.
- Exhibit innovation, interactivity, and meaningful attendee engagement.
- Clear goals and objectives for participation.
- Commitment to paperless engagement and sustainable practices.
- Thoughtful use of space for a visually appealing and functional setup.
We’re especially excited to see:
- Tactile and engaging displays using interactive tools or demonstrations.
- Creative use of technology or virtual tools to replace traditional brochures and flyers.
Key Exhibitor Guidelines
- Additional Costs: Exhibitors cover material handling, shipping, storage, extra AV/electrical needs, and staffing.
- Approved Vendors: All AV and furniture rentals must go through event-approved providers.
- Signage: Event-approved signage is required; custom signage must be coordinated.
- Staffing: Ensure exhibits are fully staffed during event hours.
- Storage: Onsite storage is not available.
