iClassifier is an Artificial Intelligent (AI) based company in Canada to provide smart solutions to the livestock industry. Currently, iClassifier offers a digital tool to assess dairy cows for health and structural traits. iClassifier offers a set of products generated by intense collaboration between world-class dairy scientists and engineers as well as producers. The technology is meant to be used by producers/staff to evaluate dairy animals at any time to navigate the animal selection process. This technology makes classification practice more convenient and accessible for all dairy producers. The team is working to customize the “iClassifier App”, “Machine Learn Algorithms”, and the “Automated Scoring Machine” for different dairy cow breeds.
Sustainable Energy Lab – University of Calgary
Our goal is to commercialize a technology to produce high-performance carbon fibers from a low-value and readily available feedstock, i.e. Alberta asphaltenes. Our technology is able to produce inexpensive carbon fibers at a cost <USD $9/kg as compared to present-day production cost of >USD $35/kg of commercial polyacrylonitrile (PAN) based carbon fiber technologies. In addition to ~75% cost reduction, this technology will lead to ~52% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions as compared to the incumbent technologies due to our innovative pre-processing and post spinning techniques. Our vision is to position this technology development into a business opportunity to produce high performance carbon fibers to generate multi-million dollar annual revenue upon commercialization within the next 5-10 years.

Hello my name is Ryan and I am the founder of Wild Rose Garden Systems. I have a long history as a soldier, and a scholar, but it wasn’t until the pandemic that I learned where my passion lays. Growing food. We seek to transform the Alberta agriculture space in two ways: (1) by developing indoor vertical farming systems and helping clients achieve their goals of gardening indoors year round; and (2) Importing premium Japanese strawberry seeds for cultivation in a controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) setting.
