Alex Walk is Vice President, Carbon Fiber at Zoltek Corporation. He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. He has 30 years of carbon fiber and composites experience, including manufacturing roles, from CEO/Managing Director to Operations Manager, product development roles in R&D, and sales roles from new business development to corporate leadership. Alex’s extensive carbon fiber application experience includes participation in aerospace, automotive, energy and infrastructure markets developing materials and processes utilizing carbon fiber materials, from tow to short fiber to fabrics and prepregs.
