| Amodini leads Compass Digital Ventures, the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Compass Group: the largest global food service organization with ~$25B in revenue. She leads the investment and operations team, focusing on early-stage startups in food retail. With a strong background in venture strategy, Amodini has been a part of CDV since its genesis and helped raise its first fund. Before CDV, Amo worked at BCG Digital Ventures, building new startup ventures for Fortune 500 companies. Amo also serves on the committee for Canadian Women in VC, an organization dedicated to retaining and promoting women in venture capital. |
