Bonnie Nay-Draper is a leader with Deloitte’s Food and Agri-Business practice and is a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Strategy and Business Design Practice, Monitor Deloitte. She brings a diverse background and perspective having worked in agriculture, government and consulting over the past 20 years. She kicked off her career in the field operations with Cargill, and since then has worked with a wide range of clients from startups/scale-ups to multi-nationals, across the ag value chain and adjacent industries. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MBA, and is a ProSci Certified Change Management Practitioner and Certified Master Practitioner and Coach of NLP.
