Cameron Carlyle is an Associate Professor of Rangeland Ecology at the University of Alberta. He studies the effects of cattle grazing on soil carbon storage, forage production and biodiversity. The aim of this research is to improve grassland conservation, sustainable beef production and our understanding of ecological processes.
