Caroline Legros is Deputy Director of the Innovation and Knowledge Management Division within the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). WFP works in more than 80 countries around the world, feeding people caught in conflict and disasters, and laying the foundations for a better future. The focus of the Innovation and Knowledge Management Division is to support WFP’s quest for continual innovation and learning to accelerate progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development goal of a world with zero hunger by 2030. Caroline’s background includes 20 years of working experience throughout the UN system, including as Deputy Director of the WFP China Centre of Excellence for South-South Cooperation, Head of Corporate Partnerships at UNHCR, Partnerships Manager, and numerous operational roles with WFP in India, DPR Korea, Iraq and Jordan.
