Chris Shipley has documented, influenced, and predicted the impact of technology on business and society for more than 30 years. Today, Chris focuses her work on the human and organizational challenges in the face of technology and economic disruption. She is the author of four books, most recently as co-author with Heather McGowan of The Adaptation Advantage (Wiley 2020), which explores issues of identity and leadership in the future of work, and the forthcoming The Empathy Advantage (Wiley 2023), which argues for much-needed organizational and leadership changes in a post-pandemic world.
