Dan Ellis is an angel investor and strategic advisor specializing in early-stage, venture backed startups. He has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, product development and entrepreneurship spanning a number of verticals. He co-founded venture-backed Rallyteam – an innovative Human Resources technology company in Silicon Valley which was acquired by HR giant Workday. Dan has 10 years of experience as an angel investor, having invested in over 40 early-stage companies across a number of verticals. He is an advisor to founders and has mentored for popular startup accelerator programs including The Alchemist, Draper University and Techstars. Dan actively works with family offices to help deploy venture capital into the world’s most promising startups with a focus on SaaS B2B, Consumer Health and Artificial Intelligence.
