Over the past nine years at Elevate, she has held multiple positions within the venture development, investment and event and marketing teams. Her expertise ranges from brand strategy and media relations to operational structures that promote positive company culture and vision. Schweyer has over 10 years of experience in project management, research, operations and fundraising, and economic development. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics as well as an MBA. She is a cross-functional, strategic leader well-versed in creating organizational excellence.
