With a degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, Hailey Funk started her career in technology as a software developer. Over the years, she has held numerous roles across projects and products big and small, from her first developer role, as a business analyst, project manager, strategic business analyst, product manager and now leading a team accountable for the end-to-end technology enablement of TC Energy’s Energy Trading organization. On a personal note, developing team culture and energising people through connection is a core passion for Hailey. Whether planning and organizing team events, technology showcases, charitable campaigns, or playing in sporting competitions, being part of a team is Hailey’s favourite place to be.
