Jo Brickman has responsibility for the development and execution of strategic direction and programs at VertueLab. With the organization since 2010, she translated her previous decade of experience leading sustainable design at ZGF Architects into the creation of a collaborative research program focused on the sustainable built environment. In the time since, she has developed the set of services now offered to cleantech startups at VentureLab, grown competency for modeling climate and social impact, and built a new pillar of programs to serve and encourage participation from frontline communities. As Vice President, Jo is a partner to VertueLab’s executive director on the executive team, and is responsible for oversight of programs and the ecosystem of program-related partnerships.
