Kaveh Sadeghian develops and facilitates transformative educational experiences using trauma-informed and participatory pedagogies. He is currently Director of Course Strategy at 2U, where he directs undergraduate learning design. As the parent company of edX, 2U works with over 80 universities to offer online education and services that span free courses to degree programs. He continues to consult for several high-impact organizations by supporting their curriculum development and leadership programming. He is currently working with the US State Department and other US-based resettlement leaders to design and deploy standardized national training for refugee sponsorship. Prior to joining 2U, Kaveh co-founded the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Social Impact Strategy, where he scontinues to serve as a Faculty Lecturer. Through his work, Kaveh has trained over 6,000 impact-driven leaders, and the online programs he has designed have reached 130,000 learners to date.
