Erin Lydon, President of Poker Power, is a thought leader and frequent speaker on workplace equity. Poker Power is an edtech company with a mission to teach one million women how to play the game—the game of poker and the game of life. Previously, Erin worked on Wall Street when pay was secret and pregnancy was hidden. She received her MBA in Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and her BA in English from Bates College. She was the Strategic Advisor to Evil Geniuses, a legendary esports organization, a Vice President at JPMorgan, and an independent director on public and private company boards. Erin serves on the advisory board of Money 20/20 Rise Up and McKinsey’s Midwest Executive Women’s Forum. She was named the 2023 Woman to Watch by Global Gaming Women. Her TEDx Talk has inspired organizations to take meaningful action on equal pay.
