Maninder Dhaliwal is Managing Partner of Startup Studio – Accelerator & Venture Fund. She is the founding chair of TiE Vancouver Angels, and serves on the global steering committee for TiE Global Angels, the largest angel investor network in the world. She received her Master’s in Electrical Engineering from UBC, and Executive Education from Harvard Business School. She holds her PEng designation from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Maninder has been recognized with several awards including Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40, Diversity 50 – Canada’s most diverse and eligible board candidates, by the Canadian Board Diversity Council, and Thomson Reuters’ Canada’s Top 40 influencers in Finance, Innovation and Risk Management.
