Sharleen Gatcha is a business strategist and innovator committed to continuous improvement. She has 30 years of business experience in leadership roles, leading a variety of corporate priorities such as strategy development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership, and client engagement, among others. In 2019, Sharleen founded a non-profit organization to promote gender diversity in the power industry in Alberta, serving as CEO until January 2023. She was selected as 1/100 women to represent Canada’s energy sector as part of the Women in Energy Transformation series initiative. She earned her ICD.D and has extensive corporate governance experience, having worked with numerous corporate boards. Sharleen’s volunteer board experience spans two decades and includes work with several diverse not-for-profit organizations as well as a for-profit organization in Oil & Gas. She is currently President of Lean In Calgary and Co-Chair of the Governance Committee for Light up the World.
