Wolf Starr is focused on proving that although venture funding is absolutely not right for everybody, it needs to be equally accessible to anybody. His firm is focused on empowering and uplifting overlooked and under-represented founders, working with partners to create specific impact funds. The company also hires industry outsiders to be on the executive teams for the funds. The firm releases a new fund theses every year. The first three funds include: Pride Fund 1, focused on LGBTQIA+ startups; The Ohio Impact Fund focused on impact-driven businesses throughout Ohio; and The American Dream Fund focused on New Americans, Immigrants and Refugees.
