Thayer Lavielle joined Wasserman in 2011 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, The Collective, leading the practice that exists to advance the power of women. Since launching in 2019, Lavielle has built a multimillion-dollar consultancy and brand, making The Collective an industry and thought leader. As part of The Collective, she also spearheaded the formation of The Collective Marketplace in 2021 and The Collective Think Tank in 2020 – both first-of-its-kind innovations for women in sports.
